Justin just came installed our new smart thermostat. He walked us through how to use the thermostat from our phone. Plus we set the temperature before we even get home. We love Martin’s A/ C & heating. Excellent customer service.

Had a small issue with the AC unit that was installed in April 2024. Martin’s showed up within 15 minutes of the service call. Fixed the problem in under 10 minutes. Repair was not covered by warranty but they did not charge me anything stating that it should have been covered. Great job, great technicians, and great customer service!

Thanks to Martins Heating and Air for the wonderful service they provide. Had issues after work and they came out right away! Less than 30 mins. He fixed me for the time being and their electrician will come and deal with the rest! Very friendly and knowledgeable!

Called Martins late on a Sunday afternoon. Had a technician at my door in less than ten minutes. He worked and worked and worked to figure out my issue. He tried everything under the sun, never gave up, and got us back rolling! Martins always come in clutch! Best air people around!!!!
