After another (unnamed company) misdiagnosed my fathers AC system and quoted us $4000, I called Martins to explain my situation (because I originally wanted to go with Martins) and the owner still worked with me and was able to come out, pull a vacuum on my fathers AC system and find a leak in a totally different part of the system. He found the leak, provided proof, fixed the leak, repaired it and recharged the system, all for a fraction of the price that the other company wanted to charge us.
